This gorgeous family entertainer is just moments to the beach path through the sand dunes. Watch the sunset from the expansive balcony as you enjoy a BBQ and a glass of your favourite beverage.

Walk along the beach to cafe Bombora for breakfast or coffee. It is only a short drive to one of Australias premier wine regions in McLaren Vale or visit the nearby wineries in Port Elliot and Currency Creek. For the adventurer hire a kayak and head to The Coorong or head to the beach for a surfing lesson. There is so much to keep the family busy during your stay at this magnificent quality beach house.
 

DOWNSTAIRS
Downstairs is a self-contained space and is ideal for teenagers, elderly parents or separate families to enjoy their own private living quarters if desired.

 

UPSTAIRS
Upstairs you will find the sweeping family / dine / kitchen area and huge master bedroom all opening onto the fantastic entertainers' balcony taking in the best of the stunning outlook. The well equipped kitchen upstairs includes Miele dishwasher, Walk In Pantry, breakfast bar & barista coffee machine.

Pricing

The house itself sleeps a maximum of 14 people with 3 bedrooms upstairs in the main house with a well-appointed kitchen, family bathroom and two living areas.
Downstairs is available for larger groups with more than 6 guests. It has an additional 2 bedrooms, living area with billiards table and a large TV. There is a second bathroom available on this level for all guest stays regardless of number of people staying.
Please be sure to be accurate with guest numbers at time of booking.
Cost for the house includes the top level living and bedrooms only for up to 6 people.
Lower level for larger groups at $25 per person per night with an additional fee for included linen as the surcharge.

 

The Fine Print

• Self-Check-in time is 2 pm and check out time is 10 am. Unless prior arrangements are made, *subject to availability
• This property is strictly non-smoking both inside and outside.
• In respect to our neighbour's, Strict no noise policy between 10 pm and 8 am
• The house sleeps a maximum of 14 guests that includes bunks
• Minimum 4-7 nights during high season (school holidays, Christmas and Easter).
• Minimum 2 nights at all other times.
• A refundable bond is required per booking,
