This beautifully presented holiday town house is located in the Luxurious Marina Park on Hindmarsh Island. Featuring a total of 4 outdoor patios to fully appreciate the stunning surrounds, this townhouse also has water frontage with it's own small private jetty and single boat mooring area!

At the nearby Coorong Quays, you will be able to launch your boat for a small fee.

• Self-Check-in time is 2 pm and check out time is 10 am. Unless prior arrangements are made, *subject to availability
• Please note this property is strictly non-smoking both inside and outside.
• Sorry, no parties or events.
• Minimum 4-7 nights during high season (school holidays, Christmas and Easter).
• Minimum 2 nights at all other times.
• A refundable bond is required per booking, which is refundable upon cleaner inspection with 5-14 days after your stay.
