On the edge of Rymill Park, tucked away at the end of a quiet no-through road at the rear of our house, this beautiful little boutique townhouse is perfectly located.

Walk to all Adelaide city events and into the heart of the CBD and many wonderful restaurants and bars.

Downstairs, the entry/ study opens into the living, dining room and kitchen then onto the small courtyard equipped with a gas Weber Q BBQ for outdoor dining. Upstairs are two generous bedrooms with Queen size beds made up with 1,000 count Egyptian cotton sheets. There is one bathroom with Egyptian cotton bath towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer.

Little Flinders mews has everything you should need for cooking and dining, including a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee. There is also a roll away work bench under the stairs for extra preparation space.

Please note, noise from the adjoining school including groundkeepers and school children can be heard at various times
