The Adelaide oval is at the end of this quiet one-way street. Cross the bridge and you will reach theFestival centre, Convention centre and into the city to Rundle Mall.

You are spoilt withgreat choices of restaurants, cafes and bars along OConnell street or across North Terrace into the Peel street and Leigh street precincts.

• This two-storey house offers upstairs, the main living and dining room, a kitchen equipped with everything you should need for cooking and dining, two bedrooms with Queen beds and a bathroom.
• Downstairs are two further bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, the other with two singles, another bathroom and a third WC.
• There are a small TV room and an outdoor sitting area.
• We have a one-car garage with the house, along with the option of 10-hour parking meters from 8:00 am along Pennington terrace for an additional car if required
• Quality linen and towels are included in the total cleaning price. This includes; fresh sheets, quilts, pillow covers, bath towels and kitchen tea towels.
