Situated some 150m from the surf at Boomer Beach this 2 storey family size holiday home enjoys permanent sea views to Granite Island and the Victor Coastline.

Located a short walk to Boomer Beach and close walking distance to Main Street shops, Boomer Rise features two living areas, each with its own kitchen. Out the back is an outdoor undercover entertaining area which can be used throughout the year.

This laid-back holiday house sleeps eight with three bedrooms (two with queen beds and one with two sets of bunks) so is suitable for an extended family or a get-together with friends.

It's a great location for walking around the clifftop or a stroll to the Flying Fish Cafe at Horseshoe Bay. The bike track is nearby if you're feeling energetic.
