Situated along wetlands and river that dictates its breathtaking view of the lush green surroundings and crystal clear water from the majestic Murray River. The natural beauty of an eco-friendly environment, when combined with the unique features of the house, dictates its simplicity, comfort, and tranquillity that no one can resist.

The holiday home has three bedrooms with a double bed in the first, second, and third bedrooms.

Upstairs is an open plan main living area with a kitchen, carrier wall unit air conditioning, a formal dining area, bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

Mesmerizing views from the balcony with a table seating 6 people upstairs lounge/dining over the wetlands and river.

Downstairs has an inviting family room, two bedrooms, and a large bathroom with a bath.

A spacious lawned area is waiting for you for that wine and BBQ chillin' at night.

The older style property has split system air conditioning downstairs and a gas heater & air conditioner (cooling) upstairs. Ceiling fans to lounge, bedrooms 1 and bedroom2.
