There are bedrooms and a living area downstairs, and the main bedroom upstairs with kitchen family, dining and bathroom. A practical well-equipped kitchen & open plan living is serviced by a split system air conditioner. This beach beauty will make the ideal holiday home.

Upstairs open plan living with kitchen opens onto new extensive side balcony a perfect place to unwind and take in the great coastal scenery. Excellent entertaining area all the friends and family will love.

There is ample parking on the property & room for a boat if required to use in Goolwa's waterways. Bring your rod's & try your hand at fishing.

No need to leave your furry friend at home as pets are welcome both inside & out. There is also plenty of outdoor space & a fenced/gated yard to take advantage of.

WIFI is included for those on a working holiday or who wants to upload images to their socials.

Goolwa Beach is a 4WD friendly beach, we recommend an experienced off-road driver at the wheel with a decent 4WD to match.
