'Beau of the City' - The absolute stunning holiday home has everything you need, three bedrooms, an upstairs living room and another spacious living room downstairs - modern, comfortable, and convenient property located in the most desired Suburb of Prospect. 

Such an awesome place to enjoy the brilliant and serene lifestyle with heaps of shopping, dining, and leisure activities to choose from and only a 10-minute drive into the CBD!

Upon entering the home you will be instantly impressed by the soothing ambience that has gone into the design. The entire property is equipped with modern convenience combined with minimalism such as SMART TV with Netflix and Youtube, two bathrooms, one with a spa, kitchen complete with cooking facilities: oven, fridge, microwave oven, and toaster. Hot water system is available all the time during your stay.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors. We expect full compliance from all guests.

Parties and Events: We have a strict policy that prohibits parties or events from taking place on the premises.

Quiet Hours: We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Refundable Deposit: A refundable deposit is required for every booking. The amount will be specified at the time of reservation and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the property.

Credit Card Fee: Credit card fee applies when we processed your payment and in the event of cancellation card fees are not refundable
