Property is located on the lower level of the apartment and the balcony is not accessible, but it has a nice patio out the front looking over the sea.

The garage and tennis court are not available for guest access.

There is an allocated car park outside of the unit at the rear of the property but it is not undercover or a garage

Accommodation includes complimentary linen and towels, and bed preparation, including making up the beds.

The apartment was really comfortable and cozy. We traveled with our two young kids, and very much appreciated the portacot and highchair. The apartment is fully equipped with anything one would need. Beautiful, close location with easy assigned parking. We'd definitely stay here again.

This apartment has great views to the sea and is comfortable, clean and quiet. It is a small but well equipped kitchen. The second shower in a separate room near the back door would be handy if you've been swimming. Close to cafes and pizza shop. We enjoyed our stay here and found the communication very good.

We love our stay especially waking up by the beach. The place is easy to find, clean and has everything we need. The host left some breakfast provision, sparkling bottles of water even a bottle of red wine and a box of chocolates for us, it was a lovely touch. Would love to come back again.

A family reunion

The apartment was at an excellent location at Yilki on the Encounter Bay Area. Spacious rooms and comfortable furniture. Location was easy to find but then we did know the area and have been there many times.

Lovely Sea and Pedestrian views

What a wonderfully pleasant apartment this was.. Even in winter, sitting in the warm a/cond and watching the waves rolling in was so relaxing and fascinating. The apartment was well equipped and the wine and chocolates placed for our arrival was a welcoming touch. The iconic Yilki store and Beachhouse pizza/curry place is just a short stroll along the Esplanade/Franklin Parade. The apartment was very clean and nicely presented. The agent's host Kate was very helpful. The private off -street parking was appreciated and the surrounding gardens were well maintained. This 3br apartment was well suited to our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this apartment and look forward returning at a later date.
