Milang is the only town on the shores of Lake Alexandrina & located only an hours drive from Adelaide, 15 minutes from the Langhorne Creek wine region & half an hour from Goolwa. Milang's mild winter days and breezy summers make it ideal for holidays all year round. The lake is ideal for sailing, windsurfing, power-boating and water-skiing, fishing and swimming. Don't forget to pack your binoculars & camera because the lake shores provide excellent bird watching.

The floor plan is sensational and has been designed to maximize the views from the living spaces. The layout features a stunning master suite with walk-through robe, toilet and vanity, bedrooms 2-3 with built-in robes, beautiful open plan kitchen (with Miele dishwasher) / dining/lounge & formal lounge with water views, 3- way bathroom and laundry. The property is set on large grounds which features an array of established fruit trees with year-round produce & a vegetable garden.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors. We expect full compliance from all guests.

Parties and Events: We have a strict policy that prohibits parties or events from taking place on the premises.

Quiet Hours: We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Refundable Deposit: A refundable deposit is required for every booking. The amount will be specified at the time of reservation and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the property.

Credit Card Fee: Credit card fee applies when we processed your payment and in the event of cancellation card fees are not refundable
