You will enjoy this property from the moment you pull up outside. On the inside, it's lovely and spacious with open plan living, eating and cooking areas, air-conditioned (reverse cycle).

A 5-minute walk to scenic Horseshoe Bay, with its sandy beach and great places to swim, surf, relax or fish. Easy access to walking/bike trails and many other local and regional tourist attractions eg local produce markets. A short drive to Middleton, Goolwa and Victor Harbor.

The Fine Print

Check-in time: 2:00 PM

Check-out time: 10:00 AM

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors. We expect full compliance from all guests.

Parties and Events: We have a strict policy that prohibits parties or events from taking place on the premises.

Quiet Hours: We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Refundable Deposit: A refundable deposit is required for every booking. The amount will be specified at the time of reservation and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the property.

Credit Card Fee: Credit card fee applies when we processed your payment and in the event of cancellation card fees are not refundable

Fantastical views, particularly upstairs balcony. Easy walk to the sand. A little further to horseshoe bay- kids loved swimming there. Keep a look out for seals along the way. Perfect spot for surfers- with perfect waves basically on your doors step. Would stay again in the warmer months.

If anyone is looking for accommodation for their holiday down the South Australian coast, I will be directing them here. This property was just perfect for us (a family of five), and so close to the delights of beautiful Port Elliot. When we arrived we found that so much care had been taken to welcome us, from complimentary coffee pods (yes, there’s a Nespresso machine!) to bathroom toiletries, and some sachets for using the washing machine. It was very helpful having all the kitchen and laundry amenities we needed since some of us were travelling from Melbourne, and to have all the necessary bedding. As for the location, it could not have been more PERFECT. Stunning ocean views from the lounge, kitchen and main bedroom with the beach just across the road; it was wonderful falling asleep to the sound of waves. It was super handy having a DVD player for the kids and free WIFI.

This airBNB is blessed with a spectacularposition overlooking Knight's Beach at Port Elliot which in my view is some of the most spectacular coastal scenery in the area. There are lots of great things to see and do, or like me you can just unwind and do nothing at all for a while whilst enjoying the beautiful view. I heartily recommend it as a place to Unwind.

Neat and tidy place in an incredible location. Being able to check the surf from your bedroom window was amazing. Having the beach and rocks directly over the road was just brilliant with the kids, no need to load them into the car for a beach trip, or coax them into a 2 block walk, it was all RIGHT THERE. This place would suit a couple, a young family (like us) or even a family with teenage kids who like to surf / play on rocks. It would be a tightish squeeze with older kids but totally doable.

We loved the place! Waking up to the beach front from our bed each morning. The place was clean. has easy instructions. Although we didn’t have any problems, host made sure we knew she was available to contact. Horseshoe bay was a 5min walk away and there is different trails to follow which was stunning but the beach right up front the place is just as stunning. Would highly recommend!

Our family (2 adults and kids 10 and 8) had a very relaxing stay. Perfect location for rock climbing, beaching, walks and close to all the local amenities. The accomodation was clean and the perfect fit for our beach loving family who spent a lot of our time across the road watching the boogie boarders at Knights Beach. The communication from the hosts was excellent. A minor issues with the back door dealt with quickly. Would recommend for other families (or others) looking for a relaxing getaway.
