Featuring a large open-plan living with a second living area to cater for young adult or another family looking to still have their own sense of space while enjoying the tranquility of the desirable holiday home, whether during winter or summer season, there is always room for enjoyment and relaxation for the whole family and group of friends. In a sunny afternoon or during cool breeze at night - there is a full-length patio across the front that provides outdoor entertaining to set up the BBQ or watch kids play cricket in the secure yard. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors. We expect full compliance from all guests.

Parties and Events: We have a strict policy that prohibits parties or events from taking place on the premises.

Quiet Hours: We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Refundable Deposit: A refundable deposit is required for every booking. The amount will be specified at the time of reservation and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the property.

Credit Card Fee: Credit card fee applies when we processed your payment and in the event of cancellation card fees are not refundable
