This immaculately kept apartment is the perfect short-stay holiday home. A short walk to both Coogee beach and The Spot at Randwick, there is something for everyone on your doorstep! Breathtaking coastal walks, buzzing cafes, bars and restaurants, plus the historic Ritz cinema.

This breezy seaside apartment is flooded with natural light. Situated conveniently nearby Sydney's other famous beaches Bondi, Tamarama and Bronte. The apartment is very light and spacious, perfect for a holiday in Sydney.

Comfortably sleeps 4 people with one queen bed, one double bed and 1.5 bathrooms. There is plenty of space for everyone. Given notice, a child's bed and cot/highchair can be provided if required.

The apartment has everything you need ? a balcony, WIFI, TV, Netflix, internal laundry, guest toilet, and office desk.

Short stroll to beautiful Coogee Beach, and an easy walk to Prince of Wales Hospital. Be sure to take advantage of the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk and stunning nearby swimming spots.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors. We expect full compliance from all guests.

Parties and Events: We have a strict policy that prohibits parties or events from taking place on the premises.

Quiet Hours: We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Refundable Deposit: A refundable deposit is required for every booking. The amount will be specified at the time of reservation and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the property.

Credit Card Fee: Credit card fee applies when we processed your payment and in the event of cancellation card fees are not refundable
