This beautiful large holiday home is an excellent place for everyone. The neighbourhood has friendly people, caring, and lovely. A very safe place to roam around. Nestled in the inner southern suburb located closer to the Adelaide Hills but less than an hour drive from CBD.

The house is within walking distance from Foodland Pasadena that won the best supermarket of the year.They have cafes bakery, and restaurants inside while guest can enjoy their time while shopping or exploring the area. Walking distance from Pasadena Green Shopping Centre, chemist, target, public transportation, 24/7 gas station and convenience store. Shopping is just around the corner, close to Marion Shopping Mall Westfield Centre, Myers, Flinders University and Flinders medical centre hospital.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors. We expect full compliance from all guests.

Parties and Events: We have a strict policy that prohibits parties or events from taking place on the premises.

Quiet Hours: We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Refundable Deposit: A refundable deposit is required for every booking. The amount will be specified at the time of reservation and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the property.

Credit Card Fee: Credit card fee applies when we process your payment and in the event of cancellation card fees are not refundable
