Step into the warm embrace of our delightful three-bedroom home, where comfort and relaxation are at the forefront of your stay. A separate lounge and dining room offer generous space for you and your loved ones to unwind and revel in complete privacy. Meanwhile, the children can roam freely in the spacious backyard while you bask in the glorious sunshine and breathe in the refreshing sea air in our expansive yard.

When night comes, indulge in restful sleep in our inviting main bedroom, complete with a luxurious queen-sized bed, or watch your little ones drift off to dreamland in our second bedroom, featuring two single bunk beds that can comfortably sleep up to four people. Our third bedroom is perfect for families, with a double bed and a single bunk bed attached that can sleep up to three people. *Please note that while we provide pillows and blankets, guests are required to bring their own linen.*

Kitchen - Prepare to be dazzled by our fully equipped kitchen, complete with equipment that will cater to all your culinary needs such as a refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and cutlery, freezer, stove, oven, and dining table.

Step outside to our expansive undercover outdoor space, and savour the delectable flavours of a mouth-watering barbeque feast using the outdoor BBQ grill, while immersing in the soothing warmth of the glorious sunshine.

Relax in our plush seating area, and relish in the comfort of our covered dining area, perfect for year-round use no matter the weather.

Our retreat offers a laundry room with a washing machine, along with a separate toilet and a bathroom featuring a shower and a bathtub ensuring that every aspect of your stay is as seamless and comfortable as possible.

Nestled in the perfect location, our idyllic retreat is just a skip and a hop away from the lush greens of the golf course and a leisurely stroll from the family-friendly beach, offering the perfect balance of ease and serenity. As an added bonus, a local supermarket, a delightful deli/takeaway, and the beloved Dalrymple Hotel are just a stone's throw away, ensuring all your desires are met with ease.

Pets are welcome! Don't leave your furry friends behind on your next vacation! Our retreat warmly welcomes pets and offers a fully enclosed backyard for their enjoyment and your peace of mind. The front yard is also enclosed, with the option to separate the front and back yard for your convenience.

Please note: BYO Linen (pillows and blankets are provided but guests will need to bring pillow cases, quilt covers, fitted sheets & towels unless prior arrangement with the host for an additional fee).

The Fine Print

Check-in time: 2:00 PM

Check-out time: 10:00 AM

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors. We expect full compliance from all guests.

Parties and Events: We have a strict policy that prohibits parties or events from taking place on the premises.

Quiet Hours: We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Refundable Deposit: A refundable deposit is required for every booking. The amount will be specified at the time of reservation and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the property.

Credit Card Fee: Credit card fee applies when we processed your payment and in the event of cancellation card fees are not refundable
